I. HOW TO ENTER NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the contest, play "Shuriken Challenge" and enter your score. You will automatically receive confirmation of your ranking on the contest. Limit one winning score per person. Entries must be received by Namco Hometek, Inc. no later than 11:59 PM (pacific time) on 11/30/03. Namco Hometek is not responsible for entries not received or misdirected due to technical difficulties. II. ELIGIBILITY All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Namco Hometek, Inc., its sponsored affiliates, vendors, clients, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this contest. Entrants deemed to have used false information and/or email addresses of persons unfamiliar to them will be automatically disqualified. Entrants found to have used inappropriate tactics, technical or otherwise, will be automatically disqualified. III. PRIZES There will be ten (10) winners selected. Winners will receive one of the prizes listed in the "prizes" section above. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipping. NAMCO HOMETEK, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRIZES OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, AS STATED ABOVE, FOR ANY REASON. IV.WINNERS Winners will be selected from the top ten scores as published in the "scores" section of this web site. Winners to be notified by email no later than 12-1-2003. U.S. Prize winners under the age of 18 will require parents written permission, received no later than 72 hours after notification, to remain eligible for the contest. A noncompliance within that time period or the return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of the judges which shall be binding and final in all respects. V. RESERVATIONS By participating, Winner (and Winner's parent/legal guardian) agrees that Namco Hometek, Inc., GameStop, Inc, The Hype Council, Inc., it's parent company, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by Winner (and Winner's parent/legal guardian) for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person, including death, and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, or participation in this contest. By entering the contest the Winner or Winner's parent or legal guardian if the Winner is under the age of 18 consents to the use of the Winner's name, likeness, and biographical data for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Namco Hometek, Inc. and it's designates with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law). The Hype Council, Inc. is solely responsible for the administration of this sweepstakes and the distribution of any prizes. GameStop™ takes no responsibility for redemption of prizes.
